Advanced Urethane Solutions is located in Cherryville, NC (near Charlotte). As a Urethane Plastic Fabricator, we have over 25 years of experience in providing cast urethane parts, and we serve a wide range of industries and markets.

Unlike some urethane plastic fabricators which tend to specialize in certain types of products-- wheels, rollers or protective linings, for examples--AUS has deliberately developed a broad base of expertise in producing virtually any urethane part. For this reason, seldom will you hear us say: "We can't do that."

Where we really excel as urethane plastic fabricators, is in our ability to analyze and solve problems utilizing urethane materials. While we are certainly capable of turning out one or thousands of parts already made from urethane, we like the challenge of taking parts made from other materials and finding creative and innovative ways of making them better. "Better" may mean more efficient in operation, less expensive to produce, longer part life, fewer components, less weight, noise dampening qualities, or any number of other criteria.

Our facility consists of 15,000 square feet, which includes administrative/office area, a prototyping shop, and short-runs and small parts production areas. In addition, we have automated casting equipment for volume production. In-house mold making capability allows us to utilize many technologies for mold construction. For instance, it is often possible to use an existing part to produce low cost molds, which allows quick turnaround of urethane parts. With this type of mold, the resulting parts will be slightly smaller than the original part. If a more accurate rendering is required, AUS can machine or otherwise construct a durable, precision mold. We also have the capability for on-site testing of raw materials and final parts.
