Urethane gears provide
for reduced noise and reduced downtime on equipment. If the
machine jams, the urethane gear can skip a tooth without breaking
the gear or the drive train. Urethane gears also perform in
severe environments where metal or plastic gears will not survive.

concrete hole formers. They are abrasion resistant, reusable
and do not stick to the concrete. We can provide formers with

Both drive and tail
pulleys are produced in urethane. The urethane is bonded to
steel for these pulleys. The urethane timing pulley keeps
everything in line but is forgiving if the equipment locks up.

This part has a steel
reinforcement under the flexible but rigid 75 Shore D urethane.
These parts receive severe impacts approximately a million times
per year. We provided design assistance and special urethane
to solve this problem that several others had attempted but failed
to remedy. The current configuration exceeds the engineering
requirements by a factor of five. |

We turned off the black
pigment pump half way through producing this part so that you could
see the encapsulated steel insert. We can bond urethane to
