part required a soft (60 Shore A) urethane that would withstand 220o
F and perform a mechanical function. The special urethane Advanced

and has a work life months longer than previously tested parts.

75 Shore D, but we can compound FDA materials in numerous hardnesses. |

pads were designed with a clip-on nipple on the back side to reduce
installation time and cost. This pad cushions the product hitting
the face and is easy to install and replace if needed. The original
design required additional parts and time to install. With the
